Felix Cash founded LuxuryLife Developments in 2018, and runs a number of property development companies located across Yorkshire, Reading, Wokingham and Cornwall. Felix Cash, park homes expert, spends a lot of his time down at Fir Hill Park, our luxury residential park in Cornwall, as he is overseeing the final phase of the development, which will accommodate additional luxury (park) mobile homes.

Since the 1990’s Mr Cash has had such a successful outcome in the construction industry. Since 2004, he has been developing land, obtaining planning regulations, and developing excellent luxury park home sites. Felix Cash has amassed a substantial portfolio of park home sites and has decades of experience providing safe and secure accommodation solutions in the form of luxury park homes.

Felix Cash owns and manages his company Phoenix Residential Homes Ltd, to give back to those suffering from problems such as homelessness and low income. St George’s Park is a Charitable living support facility situated in the Nine Mile Ride district, in the open countryside of Wokingham (Reading). Mr Cash and Phoenix Residential Homes Ltd work with Wokingham Borough Council to obtain and make sure planning regulations exist for the mobile home park and the associated hard standing. Mr Cash is proud to have made a difference in the fight for affordable housing and to have given many people a successful outcome in finding somewhere to call home.

Felix is the proud father of the middleweight boxing champion Felix Cash (who has obtained British and Commonwealth titles), who has fought at the likes of the O2 Arena, First Direct Arena, Copper Box Arena, York Hall and Wembley Arena.
